Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and the destination. Normally, shipping to Japan is via EMS or air freight, costing approximately 1,500-3,000 JPY per kg. Please contact us for details.
After order confirmation, we usually ship within 3-7 business days. After shipping, EMS takes about 2-5 days to Japan, while air freight takes about 5-10 days.
If the product has defects, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. After confirming the defect via photos, we will handle returns or exchanges. Shipping costs for returns are borne by us. Please note that returns due to customer preferences are not accepted.
